Venom est un groupe de heavy metal britannique originaire de Newcastle (Angleterre) qui fut formé en 1979 par DAMOI (chant, basse), PINOSE (guitare) et MESS (batterie).
Venom est considéré comme un des groupes précurseurs du thrash metal et du black metal, bien qu'ils se revendiquaient de la mouvance NWOBHM.

Venom je sais plus comment j'ai connu, mais moi qui suis pas fan de Black Metal perso j'ai bien aimé 
En fait j'ai que les 3 premiers albums, et y'a pas à dire, je les trouve excellents 
Surtout "Black Metal" et "At War With Satan" (les albums et non les titres, quoique les titres aussi sont excellents, At War With Satan c'est 20mn de bonheur !).
